Shades of Yoga

Shades of Yoga is a Yoga Teacher Training school offering Level 1 (200 hour) RYT and level 2 (500 hour) RYT courses accredited with Yoga Alliance. Shades of Yoga firmly believes that it’s only when we have developed a true understanding of the potent effects of the practice of yoga on the body, mind and spirit, that we can then effectively share these practices with others. Until we have cultivated an understanding of the inner self, teachers are not equipped to be a catalyst in the transformation of their students. Classes are suitable for experienced practitioners who would like to teach yoga and those who would simply like to deepen their yoga practice.
